About Us
After being lucky enough to live in the friendly and quiet village of Loddiswell for over 10 years, we are now excited to be able to offer our unique and cosy cottage to Guests looking to explore the South Hams.

Post Office Cottages, was the villages actual Post Office and Hub, it has been lovingly renovated, retaining characterful exposed stone walls throughout. We have also made sure we have furnished and equipped our home to provide our Guests with a comfortable and relaxing stay.
​
Ideally located to benefit from all that is on offer locally and to spoil our Guests for choice when it comes to days out, with a large range of options to choose from - it took us 10 years and we are still finding new hidden gems when we return.
​
We look forward to welcoming couples, families and friends to the beautiful village and fantastic base to explore the delights of Loddiswell and so much more, in the Heart of the South Hams.

Post Office Cottages is in the Heart of the South Hams and a fantastically located base for exploring what stunning Area of Natural Beauty.
Close to some of the best beaches available, including Bantham, Bigbury-On-Sea, Blackpool Sands, Broadsands, Mothecombe, Hope Cove, Soar Mill Cove and so many more you will be spoilt for choice. These beaches have been known to host Sammy the Seal, Dolphin Pods and even Whales which our Guests may be lucky enough to see during their visit.
Centrally located within the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, you will have more adventures and days out than you can fit into your time with us.
Enjoy exploring the area on foot, direct from the cottage door, via the highly rated South West Coast Path or many more.
Beach lovers will adore the beaches and pretty coves dotted along the coast.
There are also so many dining options close-by, to suit everyone, that we are sure you will adore.
Other attractions accessible include Dartmoor National Park, Pennywell Farm, Woodlands Theme Park, Steam Railway, Greenway, Burgh Island, Eden Project, the historic naval city of Plymouth, Plymouth Aquarium and Paignton Zoo, just to name a few.

Centrally located, characterful, clean, cosy and unique cottage available for holiday lets.
Featuring exposed stone walls boasting comfortable living, Smart TV's throughout, super-fast wi-fi, warming wood burner, and a simply lovely place to relax and unwind.
Kitchen/diner, well-equipped with ample space for four.
Separate lounge with comfortable sofa's, log burning stove and large Smart TV, DVD and Soundbar to enjoy a night in.
Upstairs provides the two bedrooms, one double and one twin, lovingly presented in a fresh contemporary country style.
Stylish bathroom with a shower over bath, LED bathroom mirror and WC complete the accommodation.
Basement for storage can be made available upon request.
